Life is busy these days, isn’t it? With a one month old baby in the house, I find myself looking for quick and easy meals and snacks that are not only filling, but can be made super fast! When I’m in need of a quick breakfast, lunch, or even a snack (let’s face it, these days I need every meal to be quick!), these Fruit, Yogurt and Granola Parfaits fit the bill in every regard. They require only three simple ingredients: yogurt, fresh fruit, and Nature Valley™ Protein Granola.
To make these Fruit, Yogurt & Granola Parfaits, I used Nature Valley™ Protein Granola because it is packed with 10 grams of protein per 1/2 cup serving. Not only is it packed with protein, it’s delicious! I started by layering fresh blueberries and strawberries on the bottom of my parfait cup, then I added a layer of yogurt, a layer of Nature Valley™ Protein Granola, another layer of fruit, another layer of yogurt, and topped it all off with more Nature Valley™ Protein Granola. If you’re going to be taking this on the go for a quick breakfast or lunch at the office, try making it in a reusable storage container, or a disposable cup for extra convenience.
The best part about these parfaits is that they are versatile. Change up the fruits however you’d like, and use whatever is in season right now. Sometimes I make them with strawberries and blueberries, other times I make them with raspberries or blackberries.
Speaking of versatile, Nature Valley™ Protein Granola is also versatile. Aside from using it to make these parfaits, I love to add it to salads or even use it as a topping on ice cream. It adds the perfect crunch!

INGREDIENTS
- Sliced fresh fruit – I used strawberries and blueberries, about 1/2 cup – divided
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt – divided
- 1/2 cup Nature Valley™ Protein Granola – divided
DIRECTIONS
- Arrange half of the fresh fruit, half of the yogurt, and half of the Nature Valley™ Protein Granola in a glass.
- Top with remaining fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola.
