Air Fryer Steak Bites with Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Sirloin cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 3 tsp steak seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Add steak cubes to a bowl along with olive oil, Worcestershire, steak seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
  • After the Air Fryer is preheated, arrange the steak in an even layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
  • Cook for 4-7 minutes, depending on preference.
  • While the steak bites cook, add butter and garlic to a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second increments until butter is melted. Stir to combine. 
  • When the steak is done, add the steak to a bowl and toss with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
