Ingredients

  • 1 lb Roma tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 jalapeƱo optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
