Air Fryer Steak for Fajitas and Burritos
Strips of sirloin steak are marinated, then cooked in the air fryer until tender and delicious. This steak is perfect to use for fajitas or burritos.

Fajita Marinade
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Steak for Fajitas and Burritos
- 1-2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch strips
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Add 1-2 pounds of steak strips to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Discard excess marinade, then add the steak strips to the air fryer making sure to arrange the steak in a single layer.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until steak is cooked to desired doneness.
Cut into bite-sized pieces and use for steak fajitas and burritos.
