The Best High Protein Smoothie
The Best High Protein Smoothie recipe that actually tastes good with 39 grams of protein and only 4 ingredients!

- 8 ounces water, milk, or other liquid of your choice
- 5.3 ounces Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt 1 pre-portioned yogurt cup - flavor of your choice
- honey or other sweetener of choice
- 8 ounces frozen fruit of choice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 30.4 grams)
To your blender, add in water, yogurt, honey, and frozen fruit. Blend until smooth.
Add in one scoop vanilla protein powder and blend on low for 1-2 seconds longer. Do not over-blend after adding the protein powder to avoid a foamy smoothie.
For this smoothie, I used the following ingredients:
- Oikos Triple Zero Cherry Yogurt
- 7 ounces frozen cherries, strawberries and blueberries
- 1 ounce frozen chopped spinach
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
