- 1.5 pounds thin-sliced chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian dressing
Grilling Instructions
Prepare the chicken: trim any excess fat from the chicken. Place thin-sliced chicken in a shallow dish or resealable bag.
Marinate: add one cup of your favorite Italian dressing to the chicken. Cover or seal the bag, then refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours. Flip the chicken in the marinade halfway through.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 375-400 degrees)
Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees F. Be sure to not overcook the chicken.
Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
