Vanilla Protein Powder Smoothies

Blend up delicious, easy vanilla protein powder smoothies in minutes! Perfect for a healthy breakfast, post-workout boost, or snack on the go.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces water, milk, or other liquid of your choice
  • 5-6 ounces vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 banana (frozen is best, but fresh works too)
  • honey or other sweetener of choice just a squeeze
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • To your blender, add in water, yogurt, honey, and frozen banana. Blend until smooth.
  • Add in one scoop vanilla protein powder and blend on low for 1-2 seconds longer. Do not over-blend after adding the protein powder to avoid a foamy smoothie.

Optional Add-ins: chia seeds, hemp seeds, nut butter, handful of spinach or kale
