Ingredients
8ounceswater, milk, or other liquid of your choice
5-6ouncesvanilla greek yogurt
1banana (frozen is best, but fresh works too)
honey or other sweetener of choicejust a squeeze
1scoopvanilla protein powder
Instructions
To your blender, add in water, yogurt, honey, and frozen banana. Blend until smooth.
Add in one scoop vanilla protein powder and blend on low for 1-2 seconds longer. Do not over-blend after adding the protein powder to avoid a foamy smoothie.
