Preheat oven to 350° F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine butter, flour, and powdered sugar. Stir until well combined.

Add in salt and vanilla and mix until smooth.

Fold in chocolate chips and scoop into balls- about 1 tablespoon each.

Bake for 17-18 minutes.

Let cool for a couple minutes, then roll in powdered sugar.

Allow to cool completely and roll in powdered sugar one more time.
