Warm Spinach Artichoke Dip

Creamy, cheesy, warm Spinach Artichoke Dip made with four different types of cheese! This stuff is goooood!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 can arichoke hearts drained and chopped into small pieces
  • 8 ounce package frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained really well

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl or in your food processor, combine all ingredients together except for 3/4 cup cheese.
  • Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased 8x8 inch casserole dish.
  • Top with remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is warm and bubbly.
  • Allow the dip to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
