Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces water, milk, or other liquid of your choice
  • 5.3 ounces Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt 1 pre-portioned yogurt cup - flavor of your choice
  • honey or other sweetener of choice
  • 8 ounces frozen fruit of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 30.4 grams)

Instructions

  • To your blender, add in water, yogurt, honey, and frozen fruit. Blend until smooth.
  • Add in one scoop vanilla protein powder and blend on low for 1-2 seconds longer. Do not over-blend after adding the protein powder to avoid a foamy smoothie.

Notes

For this smoothie, I used the following ingredients:
  • Oikos Triple Zero Cherry Yogurt
  • 7 ounces frozen cherries, strawberries and blueberries
  • 1 ounce frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
