- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces diced ham
- 1.5 cups cooked broccoli florets - drained well
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Prepare the quiche filling: in a large bowl whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Stir in cheese, diced ham and cooked broccoli.
Pour the egg mixture into a pie dish and bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes, or until the center is set.
Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
