Why is my quiche watery?

A watery quiche can happen for a couple of reasons – did you drain your vegetables? Drain cooked vegetables well before adding them. Also, ensure that you are measuring the heavy cream. Too much liquid can result in a watery quiche.

Can I use milk instead of heavy cream?

For the best creamy texture, I recommend using heavy cream but you can use milk instead. Milk can be used if you don’t have heavy cream, specifically whole milk.

To make a crustless quiche, bake it for around 30-40 minutes, but keep an eye on it. Look for firm edges and a center that is slightly jiggly. After baking, allow the quiche to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
