Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk can be substituted with any plant-based milk.
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
