Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces mushrooms
- 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Slice the mushrooms and onions.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat
To the pan add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add the onions and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and continue sautéing the mushrooms and onions together. Cook for about 5-8 minutes or until the mushrooms and onions begin to caramelize.
Season mushrooms and onions with salt, black pepper, fresh thyme, and Worcestershire sauce.
