Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Place shrimp in a large mixing bowl, along with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, basil, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Gently toss to combine.
Arrange shrimp on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and no longer transparent. Do not overcook the shrimp.
Garnish with chopped parsley, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
