Ingredients
3large eggs
1/2cupmilk
2ripe bananas
1/2cupvegetable or canola oil
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
2/3cupgranulated sugar
3/4cuppumpkin puree
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonbaking soda
2teaspoonscinnamon
1/2teaspoonnutmeg
1/2teaspoonallspice
3/4teaspoonssalt
2 3/4cupall-purpose flour
2/3cupchocolate chipsplus extra for the top
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine: eggs, milk, mashed bananas, vegetable oil, vanilla, sugar, pumpkin puree, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt. Mix until the sugar has dissolved and the batter is smooth.
Next, add in the flour, about a 1/2 cup at a time. Gently stir in the 2/3 cup chocolate chips.
Grease two 8x4 or 9x5 baking pans. Pour in the batter and add additional chocolate chips on top.
Bake 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
