Prepare the steak and make the fajita veggies and cilantro lime rice.
Warm the tortilla: place in a microwave for 10-15 seconds or warm in a skillet over medium low heat.
Place your ingredients in a line across the center of the tortilla, leaving some space at the bottom and sides to fold it up.
Add the steak across the center of the tortilla, then top with cilantro lime rice and fajita veggies.
Add any additional toppings: cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico de Gallo, etc.,
Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the fillings, then fold the sides in and roll up tightly until you have a tightly sealed burrito.
